Woburn Abbey

This deer park located just outside of Milton Keynes boasts nice species of deer: Including the Red and Fallow, which are native to Britain and other species from Asia, such as Milu, Sika and Muntjac. The Asian species were mostly introduced into the park in the 19th Century by the 11th Duke of Bedford, who had an interest in Zoology. I love visiting the park in Autumn when the deer rut and all you can hear is the bellowing of the red deer stags. It is truly a performance to behold, which I would recommend to any wildlife enthusiast.
